What should I include in my first message?

Not necessarily. Depending on the examination, the proposed procedure and the possible need for follow-up, treatment may be postponed, staged or not recommended. Please consult our International Patients guide before making non-refundable travel plans.
What if a problem develops after treatment?
Follow the procedure-specific aftercare instructions. Sudden vision changes, severe or increasing pain, unusual skin colour changes, breathing difficulties or other urgent symptoms require immediate medical assessment; do not wait for a WhatsApp reply or travel back to Istanbul before seeking help.
