About Dr. Fuat Yurtseven
After graduating from Namık Kemal University Faculty of Medicine and completing my compulsory medical service, I pursued medical aesthetics training in Türkiye and abroad from 2018 onwards.
I worked as a medical aesthetics physician between 2018 and 2022. Since 2022, I have been seeing patients at my clinic in Akasya Acıbadem Kent Etabı, Üsküdar, Istanbul.
My approach is to evaluate facial anatomy, expression, skin quality, medical history and personal goals together, with an emphasis on considered, individual treatment planning.
My approach to aesthetic medicine
A thoughtful treatment plan begins with medical suitability, anatomy and realistic expectations—not a standard protocol applied to everyone.
Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, HIFU, BBL and skin treatments are assessed in the context of the individual’s facial balance, skin condition and treatment goals.
My aim is to preserve natural expression, avoid unnecessary procedures and make the assessment, limitations and follow-up process clear before treatment.

How I assess aesthetic treatment options in Istanbul
At my clinic in Akasya Acıbadem, Üsküdar, Istanbul, treatment begins with the person—not the name of a popular procedure.
A consultation looks at facial expression, skin quality, tissue support, previous aesthetic procedures and relevant health information. In one patient, a dynamic line may be the main concern; in another, the issue may involve pigment, texture, volume or skin laxity. These distinctions matter because Botox, dermal fillers, HIFU, BBL and mesotherapy have different goals, limitations and risks.
My approach is to discuss the expected benefit and alternatives clearly, including situations in which postponing treatment or choosing no intervention is appropriate. Natural proportions and a realistic degree of change take priority over repeating the same protocol for everyone.

The practice is located on Istanbul’s Asian side, in the Akasya Acıbadem Kent Etabı complex in Üsküdar.
